PURCHASING AS. SUPERVISOR
Requirement:
  • Female. Graduated University
  • Having experience in purchasing field
  • Computer skill
  • Fluency in English
  • Salary : 9.000.000  - 11.000.000
Job Description:
Checking material availability for Production:
+issue Purchase Orders, send to suppliers and get their confirmation
 +deal with suppliers for delivery schedule which should match with shipment arrangement in Over sea warehouses
+cooperate with MC and Production to check material shortage
+cooperate with Impex and MC section to get material in time
Making Business negotiation with suppliers:
+set up business with new suppliers
  +negotiate on trade terms: delivery term, payment term, etc.
 +negotiate on material-price
Following engineering changes in materials:
+inform supplier about Customer’s ECN
  +get supplier’s schedule of ECN implementation
 Managing overall of materials relating to the appointed projects:
   +issue Purchase Order for materials systematically, especially by MRP program
  +check material availability for the whole project:
 - remind the purchaser of the materials in shortage
 - work with Sales Section to adjust Production Plan (PP) in case materials cannot meet it
 +follow Customer’s ECN
 - analyze ECN, then inform Purchasers
- inform other sections about the implementation of ECN
+concern Cost matter
- make material cost report for models in the project when requested
- make price comparison then request Purchase to negotiate with suppliers about Price
- consider to change purchasing routines
